The new smaller size of the chicken tenders is much much smaller than their initial offering which customers have grown to love, and that built their business to today. One visit to the restaurant I just thought I got a bad batch of tenders, but after several more attempts, the size of the tenders has stayed consistently small, which if you read online, this is a corporate change they’ve made recently. they have succumb to shrinkflation and raise their prices as well. They should change the name to chicken fingers or chicken strips. My two. Cents

Not impressed, just only tenders they could be open more like a Popeyes or KFC far as a menu. Tenders were tender though but bland, sauce not that great either. But just wanted to see for myself what all the hype was all about with this expansion. Thanks but no thanks, I've had better.

After spending $17.03 for the Caniac 6pc chicken strips, because i love Cane"s chicken strips. I found a 4 inch piece of curly hair inside plate. Needless to say, I was pissed and too far away from the restaurant to return. Please make sure everyone's hair is covered at the Main and Buffalo Speedway location.

Amazing. The chicken, the sauce, the bread. Ignore the 1-star reviews. This place is it.

MY EXPERIENCE! I am unsure if the Waldorf grand opening was overwhelming! However, after a 2 hour drive through wait, at 6pm, the quality of my meal was HORRIBLE! I ordered 2 kids meals, toast and Coleslaw. The fries were unsalted and soggy and the chicken was not seasoned! The meals were trashed! I have heard great things about Raising Cane’s and was so excited about the grand opening, however MY experience was HIGHLY disappointing! Not to mention a waste of my money!!

Todd Graves and Canes publicized that some members of the LSU National Champion Women’s Basketball Team and Coach Kim Mulkey would be there this morning working a shift from 10:30-11:30. They encouraged the public to come out and meet them. We arrived at 9:45 and waited outside in line. The team and coach arrived about 10:30 and for almost 45 minutes we could see through the window that the girls and coach were signing many many many balls for Todd Graves and having photo op after photo op with Cane’s people. Fans were allowed inside at 11:15 and the coach and teammates left at 11:30. This was not for the fans. This was strictly for publicity for Todd Graves and Cane’s. Had it truly been for the fans Todd Graves could have gotten all his balls signed and photos taken at a separate time. He has the influence to do so, especially as one who makes NIL deals with the players. We have been Cane’s fans forever but will never again set foot in another Raiding Canes.

I can not for life of me see why anyone eats this stuff , i don't care what other chicken you get it is better than this, and to sit in line to wait on it too ...

Ate at the new Raising Canes on Gulf the Bay Blvd in Clearwater, FL. 1st time eating at one. Long wait in line due to the Grand Opening but the food was so absolutely worth it!!!!! The food was delicious!!!! The chicken was piping hot, NOT GREASY! tasty and flavorful with just enough Southern style homemade breading! The Cole slaw had a great taste! Krinkle fries were perfect! And I, who am not a bread eater, ate every bite of the delicious, buttery tasting Texas Toast! Food is made to order so always fresh! Restaurant was clean and inviting. Great 1st time experience for me! Loved it!!!

I just ate at the new cane's last night during grand opening in clearwater florida. I receivd the wrong order, the soda tasted watered down and the fries were terrible. I will not eat there again. I also spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Terrible experience.

This place is horrible ordered $80 worth of food got food poisoning due to undercooked chicken. I was on the toilet for days holding a trash can puking. The company did not refund us or make it right or apologize. Absolutely disgusted do not eat here unless you want bad service and to get sick. The Killeen location in TX and surrounding areas are unsanitary and just don't care.

SWRailroad Hammond La Raising canes food tonight was horrible. The fries were warm and limp not hot at all. I live 8minutes away from this restaurant and never received bad warm food. My food is always hot. 23 dollars and some change for 2 meals is horrible. I’m usually wiggling and humming while chewing but not this time. Every bite I have complained. Please do better

Had my wife go get raising canes because the guys at work was talking about it boy was I disappointed the fries were not done and cold, the coleslaw smelled spoiled took a bite and spit it out, $15.00 down the drain Live and learn and will never go back

Everything is wrong charging people in these times 20 bucks for not even a full chicken, get out of my neighborhood you guys are greedy I might add your in the rich part where I live , I can take a full chicken and give many a meal 🙄

Last Saturday I saw the manager at the South Carrollton location in New Orleans, La get her hair braided while they were on the clock, the line in the drive thru was long, there was no tea or lemonade made. Now I understand while that location is always hiring people, the management team is not professional at all.
